Jesus And The Scribes.

If you think your eternity is worth the time and effort to make it certain then heed these words.

This is the continuation of a series of posts of the Apostle Paul. God is true and Jesus is true.

So now let's see some more of what Jesus thought of the scribes who as you may recall are the printers of the Bible. The corrupt ones that is. Sure I mean that. Back in those days their was no printing press or such. Everything was written by hand on treated animal hides. This work was performed by a member of a professional class called a scribe.

 MT 23:13 "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You shut the kingdom of heaven in men's faces. You yourselves do not enter, nor will you let those enter who are trying to.*

(*MT 23:13 13 Some manuscripts have this also.{Ah! A clue to some fanniggaling!} Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You devour widows' houses and for a show make lengthy prayers. Therefore you will be punished more severely.) Some scribes in the days of the past were really bothered that Jesus said this but rather than dealing with their conscience they dealt with the text thus a Biblical inconsistency.

MT 23:15 "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You travel over land and sea to win a single convert, and when he becomes one, you make him twice as much a son of hell as you are.

That quote is actually quite timeless. Quite an accurate description of the Muslim.

MT 23:23 "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You give a tenth of your spices--mint, dill and cummin. But you have neglected the more important matters of the law--justice, mercy and faithfulness. You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former. [24] You blind guides! You strain out a gnat but swallow a camel.

MT 23:25 "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence. [26] -

MT 23:27 "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of dead men's bones and everything unclean. [28] In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness.

MT 23:29 "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You build tombs for the prophets and decorate the graves of the righteous. [30] And you say, `If we had lived in the days of our forefathers, we would not have taken part with them in shedding the blood of the prophets.' [31] So you testify against yourselves that you are the descendants of those who murdered the prophets. [32] Fill up, then, the measure of the sin of your forefathers!

MT 23:33 "You snakes! You brood of vipers! How will you escape being condemned to hell? [34] Therefore I am sending you prophets and wise men and teachers. Some of them you will kill and crucify; others you will flog in your synagogues and pursue from town to town. [35] And so upon you will come all the righteous blood that has been shed on earth,-

Some who are not entirely familiar with my work may wonder why I do this. I'm a true believer in God and Jesus but many in the past have modified the word for their own interests and this corruption is in the Bible and has become institutionalized. I have been sent by God himself to correct this problem. I present as proof by illustrating the many contradictions within the Bible and I clarify what the official position of Heaven actually is. And their are contradictions for you to see unless of course you have some sort of self inflicted blindness however Heaven for those who see not for the blind.

Case in point. The infractions in question actually originate from the rogue upstart the so called Apostle Paul and primarily concern instances of blasphemy, acts of cowardice, promotion of the acceptance of slavery and a course in romantic/sexual relations that don't meet the standards of Heaven and no doubt result from his efforts to be all things to all people.

Of course those familiar with my other writings, which you can find nearby, also know that I've spoken of scribes that took great risks to preserve the original teachings of Jesus although they often did so in a rather encrypted manner so as to avoid persecution. In other words the Bible became more mysterious than it was originally. This is why you cannot simply pluck and preach because you'll get caught up in the many textual contradictions in the Bible and not a few were actually meant to be obvious, to the learned, markers for text, often peculiar, put in place to fool the oppressor of the day who was often in a place of leadership amongst the scribes.

Praise God for all the good things he shows us! I know that all those like me are truly impressed to see that Heaven is far better than they could have imagined or hoped for!

Let Us Stop Identitiy Theft!

Identity theft. The scourge of our time and becoming worse every day. Or these latter times I should say. I remember when I was younger such a thing was never heard of simply because it didn't happen. I remember in the days of my impatient youth getting a loan every now and then and I can assure you the creditors made sure they knew who I was.

But the thing is these days we have shall we say 'super banks' which specialize in mass producing loans. Somebody comes in, or even sometimes through the mail even, or on the net, then gives over a social security number and the lender figures OK I've got you. So an identity theft is perpetrated. The lender however becomes partner in crime and sticks it to you the little guy simply because they don't want the burden of actually verifying who you are until it's time to send the sheriff with the summons. By the time your head stops spinning its too late. You're financially ruined and facing jail time only because you was so daft as to not call your creditors today to make sure nothing was wrong! Ahgast this is a barbaric imposition upon man and beast!

A noticeable fact is back in the old days the banks would not have had enough information to prosecute you the little guy but its different today isn't it. Whether it is banking laws or whatever I'll let you put a finger on it.

The real cornerstone of the problem is the social security number. Originally it was meant to identify you for the social security program however it has since become the all purpose identification number. The real fact is you have a name and an address and a computer can transliterate this into a number and another number just isn't required.

If your really want to stop identity theft it is easier than you might think. Just call upon your legislators to enact legislation to remove the requirement of the social security number from any and all banking transactions and let's make the LENDER responsible in these situations. This will result in changes in banking record keeping and just watch the incidence of identity theft plummet!!

Ever since the days of my youth I've been fascinated by solar power. Man's first adventures into outer space always held my interest and the moon shots et al. The photographs of space technology and their photovoltiacs. Then I consider the status of solar power today and I must explore what has gone wrong. Of course one aspect of solar's image problem is the disgruntled neophyte who typically knows little of electricity and has a problem and in utter frustration is quite vocal about it. Public acceptance is a significant problem and much of which is based in ignorance and fear and un-willingness to change their way of doing things but these types of problems can usually be fixed when the price is right.

Often times I think of solar power as King Energy. I'll explain some reasons why. Well the main reason why I give solar power such a title as King Energy is because of potential cost effectiveness. Fact is that advanced societies must have quantities of energy at dirt cheap prices. First I'll repeat some data that I have found in U. S. government publications. The actual cost of silicon in solar panels is about $5. Actually the primary cost in solar technology is the supporting framework and hardware and this why the cost to manufacture a solar panel is about $100 which to me shows clear room for improvement. Yet these same panels can retail from about $400 to $600 or more. Why?

Well the first place one might want to consider pointing the finger of blame is the government itself with all the incentives to go green which actually have the effect of removing any need for cost reduction. Yet this still may not be the primary reason for the grossly inflated prices of solar technology.

Let's explore how the typical solar manufacturer approaches how to determine the pricing of their product. First they consider the typical home and what the energy cost of such over a 5 to 10 year period is. Then they consider just how they can get that money. Instead of the typical capitalist approach of just how can they provide the consumer with a better product at a cheaper price. This is what is really wrong with solar today.

The fact is that photovoltic manufacturing can benefit from the same economics any other electronic devices can. Such as automated manufacturing plants powered by their own product. The materials need for photovoltiac manufacture such as silicon are found everywhere on the Earth. Dirt cheap energy. The bottom line is the fact that their is no way that petroleum, even at long ago prices, can compete with this kind of technology. King Energy technology.
