The city research efforts have centered around computer technology lately. Internet weaknesses have demonstrated the need to begin such research sooner than expected. The city project will eventually have its own unique computer design. It will not be Intel.
The research is currently around configuring or should I say reconfiguring the entire programatical model of my currently Pentium based PC. Then the computer itself will translate my entire operating system into the unique language of this new "processor". The morphing process upon the operating system will continue over time until it is totally different than what it is today. It will be an operating system more suited to the needs of the City project.
